We have completed the significant update to our email service that we mentioned in our news section last week. The change was made to reduce the volume of incoming spam to non-existant mailboxes on all AthensGuy.com customer domains.
No customers should experience any problems regarding this update. If someone tells you they are unable to email you then here is the way to if this update was involved:
Send an email to yourself, sending it to the exact address the other person tried to use.
Check you inbox. The message should appear within 10 minutes.
If you got the email then this update was not involved in the third party's problem.
If you received a bounced email with this error message somewhere in the body:
Sorry,no such user - contact http://www.athensguy.com/support for help.
then contact us immediately. We may need to correct a problem with your account.
This update will allow us to decrease the number of email delivery delays. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us.
