Hills Ace Hardware has two locations, Winder and Loganville Georgia. They wanted their website to serve two functions:
Advertise their business to potential customers.
Provide a way to share employment documents to their employees without anyone else having access to the documents.
Because the AthensGuy.com Portal comes with every new customer website, we were able to meet their needs at a very affordable price. Secure documents were placed under the Employee Only section and are not accessible through the public web space. Login access has been configured so that only the CMS admin can create new employee accounts.
Our portal system allows the Hills Ace staff to login and update the website content anytime they like. This is particularly useful during short lived specials.
We can also enable the ECommerce section at anytime they wish. It is integrated into the portal and makes online store management very easy.
