We will be upgrading the Calendar module for the Webmaster CMS over the next couple of days. The reason we're installing the updates is that there are several new security patches available for the software.

We do not anticipate the updates affecting anyone's calendar service.

The update will repair a few minor security flaws in the code. The security holes have the potential of allowing a remote user to access the files for the website. While we have many security layers in place to prevent major and minor breeches, it is always best to keep public accessible software up-to-date.

If your website uses the WebCalendar module, and you think there might be a new problem due to the software upgrade, let us know as soon as possible. Your existing scheduled events in your calendar database will not be affected.
