Web Caching We received news from a few of our customers that some of their web visitors were seeing blank pages instead of the website on subsequent returns. We isolated it to a bug in the communication between our server-side website caching engine and newer versions of Firefox and IE7. It is fixed now. This only affected a subset of our customer websites and a small subset of their visitors.

This bug was exposed a week ago when we made some updates to our web caching software. We don't anticipate any further problems regarding intermittent "blank pages" for the Webmaster CMS websites. Only a small percentage of visitors could have experienced this problem and only on returning to the affected websites after having already visited on the same day.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Cordially,
Patrick & Cynthia MacDonald
