Howard Properties offers safe and reliable living for University of Georgia students. Tenants can rest assured if there is a problem, because Howard Properties will be there to fix the problem promptly. All units have full size washer/dryers, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, security system, ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. Pets are not allowed. Basically Howard Properties has the tools to accomidate any student's needs.
Howard Properties was referred to AthensGuy.com through a current client. They were told of the professional looking custom web designs AthensGuy.com offered, so after finding out they could now update their website with the content management system, they knew it was time to have their website redesigned. Cynthia made a professional website that featured all the properties available along with the descriptions. Best of all Howard Properties now has the ability to make updates when it is convienent for them.
