In our search, we have begun mailling the postcard to the right to 100 highly qualified web designers with the following attributes:

- Basic static HTML
- Manages the web hosting account
- Manages registrar records
- Little or no database interaction
- Little or no programming
- If programming is used, it is PHP… if has a database it’s MySQL
- No Windows Server specific programming
- No explicit material, no “hate” content, no sexual content
