Spa EtiquetteIn order to provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we ask that everyone follow some rules of spa etiquette to help our office run smoothly so your visit is as pleasurable as possible. A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Clients will be billed for all scheduled appointments canceled less than the minimum number of hours beforehand. Upon making an appointment new clients should be prepared to provide credit card details to secure the appointment. Your card will not be charged unless there is a failure to cancel. All appointments are in first come, first serve basis. All appointments may be subject to change. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment to supply basic information about their medical history, allergies, and contact information. All sales are final. There are no refunds on services, including gift certificates. No return on products. No cell phones in the facility. |
