Alias Domain Logins for Webmail

Customers can now use their alias domains to log into their webmail mailbox. We added this convenience for customers who have multiple domain names pointing to the same website. Alias domains are ones that were registered after your first domain and are only used to point to your first.
For example: if you have two domains registered:
- officiallongdomainname.com
- short1.com
And they are for the same website and same email accounts, you can now login using either the long form or the short form:
- user@officiallongdomainname.com
- user@short1.com
If you have two domains and have never used the second for email then you will need to notify us before using this new functionality. We will gladly enable the feature for your domain for free. If you have any questions or issues regarding this webmail update, please let us know.
