How's Our Uptime?
We've had 99.9% uptime since we started in 2003. That's not the real uptime minus scheduled maintenance. That's not the real time minus excuse1, excuse2, and excuse3. That's 99.9% uptime for 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Period! Almost all other web hosting companies exclude scheduled maintenance outages from their downtime numbers. They call that lying where I come from.
We keep our customers' websites up and running fast. Unlike most providers, we're first to know when there are issues and post all issues and outages to our website for the public to see.
