This website is an overview of the book Lessons Learned? The History of Planning in Florida written by Dr. Earl Starnes and Dr. Richard RuBino. This collaborative effort was written to give an overview of the planning process and its impact on Florda and also the whole country. Both authors hold the title Professor Emeritus of Urban and Regional Planning at their respective universities.
This is a relatively basic site meant to give an overview of the literature of the book and introduce visitors to the authors. All of the photos in the header are photos of Florida city scapes, skylines, and rural areas.
