Transition Complete!
The move of all customer websites and email to the new servers is complete. At this point most Internet traffic is now going to the the new servers.
The transition was very smooth, and there was not one minute of website downtime to any of our customer websites! How you like them apples big nation-wide, million dollar budget website providers? ;)

What's this about?
We have setup the next generation of AthensGuy.com Web Hosting servers and will be transitioning services to them on Wednesday 15th morning starting at midnight.
How long will it take?
With over 50 separate sub-services running behind the scenes these transitions can be tricky. Our plan is to have it relatively seamless with only about an hour or two of actual downtime. So hopefully by the time you wake up Wednesday morning everything will be running on the new servers.
What do you have to do?
Nothing. This is our fifth server upgrade transition since starting AthensGuy.com. As long as your I.T. team hasn't done anything custom inside you network regarding reaching your website and email then there shouldn't be any changes for you. Example customizations would be hardcoding your website, webmail, or pop3 settings with IP addresses instead of hostnames.
