Intermittent Database Outages

Today we had several database outages resulting in our portal based websites being unavailable for short time periods. We believe we have corrected the database problem. The outage was isolated to today. It is the first web server outage we have had since August 6th. We continue to monitor the services with our three network point monitoring service, will keep you informed of any future issues, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you or your web visitors.
Below is a comprehensive schedule of each outage period.
November 5, 2007 Outage Periods:
16:37pm - 16:37pm
Elapsed Time = 4 seconds
15:56pm - 15:56pm
Elapsed Time = 2 seconds
12:17pm - 12:22pm
Elapsed Time = 322 seconds.
07:49am - 07:52am
Elapsed Time = 200 seconds.
06:20am - 06:57am
Elapsed Time = 2246 seconds.
04:39am - 05:33am
Elapsed Time = 3240 seconds.
The total time down for all combines outages was less than two hours, with less than 6 minutes of it being during business hours. Let us know if you have any questions.
